BUT since this property is located off the strip, but on wrong side imho, the noise of the trains passing by below the property blowing their horns all night isn't the best trade off for a casion one could avoid if one wanted. The views from this place are of unfinished properties and roof's of mall and warehouses. NOT a short walk to strip either.
